An ankle sprain occurs when one or more ligaments on the inside or outside of the ankle are stretched or torn.
How is it administered?
SportVis® is administered in the soft tissue surrounding damaged tendons and ligaments
It is administered in two peri-articular injections. The time between the injections depends on the specific injury. Injections are performed in clinic by a doctor trained in this specific technique.
*In clinical studies, significant improvement in pain relief lasted 1 year in chronic lateral elbow tendinopathy. For SportVis® patients with acute ankle sprain, relief began as soon as Day 4 and lasted up to 2 years.
